Add extra functions the Google+
This extension adds twitter link to every post.
* Share Google+ Posts with people on twitter.
* Translate posts with Google Translate. .G+ Post Translator
Known issues:
* If you don't see the *Tweet* link in Posts elements - just reload the page.
* "Tweet" link is not applicable for "Limited" posts - you can't share them.
