How to find Public Houngouts on Google+. List

Here is a way to find publicly announced hangouts on Google+.  the GplusHangouts.com 
  is a community based Hangouts list for users of Google+.  the list is constantly updated by the G+ members.  here is the List:  GooglePlus Hangout  List    :  to join a Hangout, just press on the Name.

 
To start your own public Google+ Hangouts, just fill the form at bottom of the hangouts-page

 after you fill the form and submit, your Hangouts name will be listed almost instently.
