Allows you to set a default stream, e.g. stream of your Friends, to load instead of the 'everyone' stream when you login to Google+.
usually, when you start Google Plus, you get the "everyone" stream by default. For some of us, we want our default stream to be, say, the stream from the "Friends" circle instead. This simple extension allows you to do just that - set a default stream to load when you start Google+. You can set and change this easily within Google+ interface.
